View eLearning learner level progress

You can view curricula and learner level progress for learners you manage. The Learners List table includes an Actions column that you can expand to view more information for a learner.

Before you begin:

• You must be an eLearning Administrator.
• Ensure you have enabled the Learner Levels setting.

To complete this task:

1. In the row of the learner, select the Actions icon .
2. To view the curricula assignments for the learner, select View Curricula.
3. To view the progress for a learner, select View Learner Level Progress. For additional information, such as course titles, user accessibility, and course duration in each level, select inside each level section to expand the details.
