View the user activity log

As an administrator, you can view the log of user activity for the users that you manage. The user activity log has the following information:

  • Login details of the user, such as the date and time of each login, and the IP address used.
  • The status of each login attempt - whether it succeeded or failed.
  • Updates done to the user account, such as changes to role, team assignment, access levels etc.

The activity log refreshes every four hours. Depending on when you generate the activity log, you may not retrieve the most recent login attempt information.

Before you begin:

You must have the Administrator role.
