eLearning notifications and reminders

Veracode eLearning supports email notifications that can be sent to learners and managers. You can also send email alerts to learners about an approaching due date for a curriculum.

You can configure notifications for the following events:

• When you assign a curriculum
• When you change the due date of an assigned curriculum
• If learners do not complete a curriculum by the due date

To notify students about the due dates for assigned courses, configure email reminders.

Configure notifications and reminders

To complete this task:

1. In the Veracode Platform, from the top-right corner, select the gear icon , and then select Admin. The Administration page opens.
2. Select the eLearning tab.
3. To select the curriculum you want to configure, select the edit icon .
4. Select the Notifications tab.
5. Set the Email switch to On or Off for every event.
6. To set reminders, set the Email switch to On for reminders. Then, enter the number of days before the due date when you want to send reminders. To repeat reminders, select Repeat and enter the frequency of the reminders.
