Getting Started with Veracode

Veracode sends email notifications when you activate and authenticate your Veracode Platform account.

The following table lists the notifications that Veracode sends to activate or authenticate user accounts.

Event Notification Content
Activate your account. Welcome to the Veracode Platform. Please save this email for reference.
  1. Activate Your Account. A Veracode user account has been created for you. Your username is <email address>.
  2. Learn About the Veracode Platform. Get started with the tutorials below or visit the Veracode Community to learn more about how to use Veracode products and services.
  3. Scan Your Application. Access the Veracode Platform by going to: https://analysiscenter.veracode.com
Confirm change to your email address.

This email is to confirm that your email address has been changed for your Veracode account from <old email adress> to <new email address>. Your Veracode account username has been changed to <new email address>. You will need to use this new username the next time you login.

If this was done in error please contact Veracode Support immediately.

Reset your password after you requested a reset. A password reset request was made for your Veracode user account. Your password can only be reset by Veracode at this time.

If you did not make this request, contact Veracode Support immediately.

Reset your password after administrator requested a reset. An admin requested a password reset for your user account.

If you cannot access your account, contact Veracode Support at [email protected] or 877-837-2203.

Veracode has reset your multifactor authentication method. Veracode reset a multifactor authentication method for your user account:

Unlock your account after too many login attempts. Your user account has been locked due to too many failed login attempts. If you are not able to unlock your account, you must contact Veracode Support using the contact information below.

Log in after an unlock request is submitted for your account. Your account is not locked, but an unlock request was made for your Veracode user account. Try to access your account by logging in.

If you cannot access your account, try resetting your password or contacting Veracode Support at [email protected] or 877-837-2203.
