Reset a password after an Administrator request
If an Administrator requests a password change, then you must reset your Veracode password.
To complete this task:
- In the email from Veracode notifying you of the reset request, select Reset Password. The Unlock Account button is valid for one hour.
 - Enter the answer to your security question.
 - Select Reset Password.
 - Enter and repeat your new password.
 - Select Reset Password.
 - If your account requires multifactor authentication, follow the onscreen instructions for Optional Multifactor Authentication.
