Reset a password after an Administrator request

If an Administrator requests that you change your password, you must reset the password for your Veracode account.

To complete this task:

  1. In the email from Veracode notifying your of the reset request, select Reset Password. The Unlock Account button is valid for one hour.
  2. Enter the answer to your security question.
  3. Select Reset Password.
  4. Enter and repeat your new password.
  5. Select Reset Password.
  6. If your account requires multifactor authentication, follow the onscreen instructions for Optional Multifactor Authentication.
