Reset a Password After an Administrator Request
If an Administrator requests that you change your password, you must reset the password for your Veracode account.
To complete this task:
- In the email from Veracode notifying your of the reset request, click Reset Password. The Unlock Account button is valid for one hour.
- Enter the answer to your security question.
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter and repeat your new password.
- Click Reset Password.
- If your account requires multifactor authentication, follow the onscreen instructions for Optional Multifactor Authentication.
