Reset a forgotten password

If you forget the password for your Veracode account, you can reset it.

To complete this task:

1. From the Veracode Platform login page, select Need help signing in? > Forgot password?.
2. Enter your Veracode username, which is usually an email address.
3. Select Reset via Email.
4. Select Continue. Veracode sends you an email in response to your reset request.
5. In the email from Veracode, select Reset Password. The Veracode Platform security question page opens. The Reset Password link expires one hour after the email is sent.
6. Answer your security question.
7. Select Reset Password.
8. Enter and confirm your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
9. Select Reset Password.
