Set up the Prisma Cloud Application Security connector

Complete the following tasks to set up your Veracode Risk Manager (VRM) connector for Prisma Cloud Application Security.

Ensure user permissions​

To deploy VRM, you must have sufficient permissions in Prisma to create access keys.

Create an access key and find the API URL​

  1. In Prisma, select Settings > Access Control

  2. To create a new access key, select Add.

  3. Ensure that the access key has access to the AppSec Admin role.

  4. Save the credentials to a secure location.

    Prisma Cloud access control

    The endpoint URL varies depending on the cluster on which your tenant is deployed. Your order fulfillment email includes the URL for your Prisma Cloud service tenant. See the list of Prisma Cloud URLs.

Create a VRM connector​

  1. In VRM, from the left navigation menu, select the Settings icon settings_icon.png.
  2. Select Add Connector.
  3. Select the Prisma Cloud Application Security tile.
  4. Enter a name for the connector.
  5. Paste the access key, secret key, and endpoint URL that you generated in Prisma.
  6. Select Add Connector.
