About EASM roles and permissions

This section describes the EASM user roles and the associated permissions that your user account must have before you can use EASM.

Roles

When your organization first uses EASM, Veracode sets up one or more administrators. Administrators can assign additional user roles to other users in the organization.

EASM access controls support the following user roles:

  • Project Admin
  • Project Reader

Permissions

Each user role has different permissions in EASM. The following table shows the capabilities associated with each role.

User RoleDescription
Project AdminThe user has full access to all options and functionality within the feature.
Project ReaderThe user can view the feature but can't make changes or run processes.
